Credits and usage

Credits pay for AI work and certain platform services. They are not a fixed number of messages.

Where credits come from

• Community: 5 once at signup, not every month.
• Pro trial: 10 bonus credits for the 14-day trial, when eligible.
• Pro: 100 per month. Business: 200 per month.
• Extra credits: purchased separately through your account.

What a request costs

Cost depends on the model, input and output, reasoning, tools and work done by subagents. Previous context and caching also affect usage. Plan-specific conversion rates can differ. A long task can cost several credits even if you send only one message.

The preflight balance check and any estimate are not the final charge. Check actual usage after completion. Stopping a request does not make work already done free.

Other consumption

Office conversations and AI features used by visitors also use credits. Database space and active hours beyond included allowances can be charged; activity is estimated across projects and includes preview and live traffic on their shared Supabase backend. An optional dedicated IPv4 is another separate charge shown before purchase.

Use your account's usage view to inspect entries and balance. If the balance is below the amount required to start a run, add credits or wait for the applicable renewal; Community credits do not renew.
